“I recently visited the Canton Primary Care Office. My old primary care physician retired and I needed a new one. Overall, my experience was positive. I received a physical from Joan Keel (APRN) and she was very friendly and professional. It was clear she was very knowledgeable and she made me feel comfortable that I chose this practice as my new primary. My first piece of feedback is that that their intake process all digital and might be challenging for someone who is not very savvy with technology. To me it wasn't any more cumbersome than paper documentation (I actually prefer it), but I could easily see it being challenging for someone who is not accustom to completing forms this way. There were a few clunky app navigation hurdles and due to the smaller screen and what seemed to be touch screen sensitivity issues I had to delete and retype fields a couple of times. My second piece of feedback is that I had to wait quite awhile despite being on time for my appointment. Overall, I was in office for almost an hour and a half and the physical itself only took 30 minutes. The staff did apologize to me for the wait and luckily I didn't have a time limit, so it ended up not being much of an issue, but hopefully this isn't a common recurrence in the future as I often have appointments in between work meetings. As noted before - overall the visit was positive and I intend to continue to use them in the future. I would feel comfortable recommending them to others at this point.”

“Everyone was very informative, our baby was 6 weeks early and the care in the NICU was amazing. Everyone always had a smile, and was always asking if Mama or baby needed anything. The room was kept clean, mama said the food was good and there is a secret freezer stocked with mini ice creams that our 6 year old took advantage of. The Woman's center was not too big so it was easy to get in and out to visit. Parking was full at times but there is a parking lot shuttle that goes around to help.”

“Dr Haack is a thorough, informative, thoughtful pulmonologist. He has treated me since my initial potential diagnosis of Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis in 2014. During office visits, Dr Haack takes as long as needed to inform and reassure me. Dr Haack recommended a surgical lung biopsy, analyzed by the Mayo Clinic, to determine with certainty that I have IPF. After the biopsy he gave me all options for treatment of IPF. He suggested meds, and helped us navigate the pharma company’s financial help. He evaluated my lungs with regular CT scans and in-office lung testing. I’d recommend Dr Haack without reservation.”

“100% percent here plus 5 stars. I saw progress when I walked through the door of this professional office. I met with Dr. Beacham , I was able to obtain a THC medical card. Although it helped it complimented my resting. I also started meditation management with Dr. Ward in his office. The 5 years of going treatment at this office was amazing safe and enjoyable as it could be. At tge time I was miserable and like most I was crabby. They were able to help me through it. You should at the least ask their opinion I feel even if you choose another Dr. I have had a bone fusion in my C5/6 and C6/7 a triple after 7 years. This office helped me prolong surgery for 7 years. I get excited when I think of it. God gave me a mind to choose and this was another good choice. I feel everyone can learn from these Dr's even if it be on a professional level.
