“I recently visited the Canton Primary Care Office. My old primary care physician retired and I needed a new one. Overall, my experience was positive. I received a physical from Joan Keel (APRN) and she was very friendly and professional. It was clear she was very knowledgeable and she made me feel comfortable that I chose this practice as my new primary. My first piece of feedback is that that their intake process all digital and might be challenging for someone who is not very savvy with technology. To me it wasn't any more cumbersome than paper documentation (I actually prefer it), but I could easily see it being challenging for someone who is not accustom to completing forms this way. There were a few clunky app navigation hurdles and due to the smaller screen and what seemed to be touch screen sensitivity issues I had to delete and retype fields a couple of times. My second piece of feedback is that I had to wait quite awhile despite being on time for my appointment. Overall, I was in office for almost an hour and a half and the physical itself only took 30 minutes. The staff did apologize to me for the wait and luckily I didn't have a time limit, so it ended up not being much of an issue, but hopefully this isn't a common recurrence in the future as I often have appointments in between work meetings. As noted before - overall the visit was positive and I intend to continue to use them in the future. I would feel comfortable recommending them to others at this point.”

“Everyone was very informative, our baby was 6 weeks early and the care in the NICU was amazing. Everyone always had a smile, and was always asking if Mama or baby needed anything. The room was kept clean, mama said the food was good and there is a secret freezer stocked with mini ice creams that our 6 year old took advantage of. The Woman's center was not too big so it was easy to get in and out to visit. Parking was full at times but there is a parking lot shuttle that goes around to help.”

“The entire staff, office and medical made me feel welcome and sensitive to my problems. Dr. Widener was professional as well. This was my second visit there and I was more impressed this time. Perhaps being a new patient had a lot to do with that. I highly recommend this office if you are in the area or not. Well worth the trip. Hopefully I won’t need to go back, but if I have bone related problems I won’t hesitate to go back.”

“Dr. Vicki, NP Lynda and her staff are an amazing team! Dr. Vicki raised concerns when my little one missed milestones at 12 months. Which led to a specialist eval and early diagnosis of Autism. Awareness leads to early support which leads to the best possible outcome for our little one. I can't thank her enough for her attention and focus she gives her patients. Dr. Vicki also cares for my 2.5yr old who has moderate asthma. We never have an issue getting in quickly for a a sick visit, always available by phone or returns my call when needed. I couldn't be more happy with our pediatrician. I am thankful to have DV Pediatrics on our side.”
