“I am so happy we followed the advice of other local parents and checked this place out. After a pretty intense dental accident about a year ago, my son has been VERY nervous going to the dentist. We switched to ToothTown after hearing some glowing reviews and this was our first appointment. They did a great job of explaining everything to him before doing it, showing and feeling the tools with him, and checking in with him to make sure he was doing okay throughout. He was nervous but never said no and let them do what they needed to. This was such an improvement for him! The waiting area was also very cute and fun. I highly recommend them so far!”

They make sure to check in on you the day after you surgery to make sure you are doing okay as well. A great oral surgery office, highly recommend coming here! I was given options on what i could do for my pain I was experiancing and never felt pressured to make a decision right there on the spot. I had surgery on my hip and the scarring alone i was blown away. I had expected a long incision on my leg from the surgery. But in fact I had two small one inch incisions where they were able to perform the operation. Felt very comfortable that I would heal and make a full recovery as long as I followed his advice. Definitely recommend Dr Pranckun and his staff for any joint surgery. Besides typical stiffness that is typical my hip feels so much better and my range of motion has improved immensely.”

On multiple appointments, when I was with her, she gave me 110% of her attention, did not make me feel rushed, answered all of my questions and explored every option to get to the bottom of my health issues and their remedies. She surpassed all of my expectations regarding my care. I recommend her highly to anyone looking for an outstanding neurologist. PS: I feel so sorry for those patients who had less than great customer service. May be the office was going through staff changes or something similar resulting in customer service issues... (I hope and believe the office has rectified the customer service issues) I received great customer service. And even if I received lesser than great customer service (which should not happen to any patient...), I personally would still go to this neurologist because IMHO, while customer service is important to me, the competence and compassion of the doctor is way way more important to me. While there should be no excuse for providing unsatisfactory customer service (or any reason to accept it), giving the neurologist or her entire office poor ratings, solely based on customer service, IMO, is not fair to the neurologist - particularly when one is happy with her quality of care; and BTW, it's also not fair to those patients who are looking for a really good neurologist, because such a review could deprive these patients from finding the excellent neurological care that this doctor provides.
