The caregivers, the med techs, and the administrative and management staff at Benton House are all caring and compassionate. Everyone works as a team, and it is not uncommon to find the management staff pitching in as needed. The Resident Services Director, Kirsten, has been very helpful in customizing my dad's care plan to fit his needs, and having her team execute on it. The staff also does a wonderful job decorating the place for numerous events and holidays!”

“My sisters and I chose Phoenix at Union Hill for Mom & Dad after touring several assisted living facilities. We received a very warm welcome from Teresa (we LOVE her!) and she took time to answer all our questions and provided the assurance we needed to move forward with our decision that it was the right time to make this move. After seeing the 2-bedroom floorplan we knew it was perfect for our parents and that we had found their next home. What we didn't know at the time was that the staff would be as genuine and warm as Teresa. It took no time for staff to recognize us and greet us by name when we visited. If there is anything going on with Mom & Dad, they do not hesitate to provide a quick update in the hallways. My parents have made some wonderful new friends at Phoenix, and I truly believe this was a great move for them. They enjoy getting a cocktail in the pub with their new friends and sharing meals together in the dining room. There are far too many special staff to mention them all by name, but a huge thank you to Teresa, Brandon, Jamal, Ruthie, Sheri, Valerie, Nick, and Wanda for their welcoming smiles and genuine care for our parents’ well-being. The only negative has been that Mom & Dad don't always love the meals. However, it was just announced that changes are being made to the menu/meal plans and I am excited to hear great reviews from Mom & Dad. THANK YOU PHOENIX for providing a caring and safe home for our parents!”

“100% percent here plus 5 stars. I saw progress when I walked through the door of this professional office. I met with Dr. Beacham , I was able to obtain a THC medical card. Although it helped it complimented my resting. I also started meditation management with Dr. Ward in his office. The 5 years of going treatment at this office was amazing safe and enjoyable as it could be. At tge time I was miserable and like most I was crabby. They were able to help me through it. You should at the least ask their opinion I feel even if you choose another Dr. I have had a bone fusion in my C5/6 and C6/7 a triple after 7 years. This office helped me prolong surgery for 7 years. I get excited when I think of it. God gave me a mind to choose and this was another good choice. I feel everyone can learn from these Dr's even if it be on a professional level. Luke was my main PT and he was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and really took the time to understand my specific needs and goals.
