“I seriously LOVE this school. My son had originally gone to a corporate-owned daycare before coming to CAHF. I loved his old daycare, but there is something special about a “mom and pop” daycare. This daycare is run by a Christian family, and I love that my son is learning how to be a well-rounded individual through Christian principles. He gets to run around in the gym, play in the pool during summer, they have Kona Ice come out, there is a great curriculum, there are so many awesome activities already planned that I am getting excited about, and the staff is amazing!! My son and I love it here!”

My oldest daughter started at 3 years old and went through After School Care and my youngest started at 9 weeks old and is currently in their summer camp program. Not once have I ever had to worry if my girls were being provided for, encouraged, loved and taught a fantastic curriculum. The owner has always ensured that as parents, we are satisfied with the care provided. The director and assistant director have loved us like family and texted me photos when I was missing the baby after returning from maternity leave. There aren’t many treasures like Woodhaven and I am so proud that my girls got a great start to their education by attending this wonderful daycare.”

“Both of my boys attended Miss Pam's in-home daycare. They loved their time spent with Miss Pam learning and having fun with their friends. I always felt my kids were safe, happy and loved with Pam. As a full time working Mom it was hard to leave them, but I felt at ease knowing they were with Pam. She is a wonderful person. Passionate, patient and caring, but very in control of her classroom and the kids at all times. “Our children love Big Blue Marble Academy! Our daughter has attended since she was an infant. She is happy and excited to go everyday and loves all the teachers. The teachers really care about each of the kids and give them a great learning experience each day! Our son is currently in the infant room and the teachers in his room take the time each day to make sure he is working on his development and getting the care he needs! He is always happy and smiling when I pick him up! We appreciate all the teachers at the daycare and feel comfortable leaving our kids there each day knowing they are being well taken care of!”

“Sequoyah High School is a good school overall. I think the problem here are the new teachers, they typically don't know how to teach good and tend to do a lot of stuff that doesn't make sense. The people here are friendly (southern hospitality DEFINITELY) and try to make everyone feel as comfortable as possible. People who are in athletics are usually overly favored but its not like you're treated unfairly if you don't do sports, you're just kind of there. The teachers aren't strict. I've witnessed multiple students climbing on the walls and doing dumb stuff right in front of a teachers face!!!”

“I am privileged to work as an employee at Sixes, and I am also a former parent times four. There is no greater elementary school in Cherokee County. (I have worked at several.) The safety and physical well-being of each student is as equally important as their academic success. School operations run at an optimal due to the diligence of the administration. I am responsible for car-riders, and I have been told by the police officer that frequent all the schools, we have the most proficient system of all the schools in getting children back to parents' cars in the afternoons. The teachers are phenomenal with hearts as big as Texas. They bring their gifts and talents of teaching to the classroom and it is evident their calling to teach. Sixes is a school that reflects the public school system doing it right.”
