The minivan I had serviced I thought it was the solenoid or the starter they let me know it was just the battery did not charge to install it. Spray the l e a d s to make sure they didn't corrode and unlike most places they sent a technician to come pick me up as I had no way to get there and bring me back to their establishment who does that ? Can't say enough good things about this establishment you need to take your car there for oil changes and car repairs. Christina the service manager is exemplary!”

The front staff were great, they made scheduling an appointment over the phone quick and easy! Dr. Steve was amazing, he was very kind and informative. He gave a very thorough examination and took the time to answer any questions I had. Dan was awesome, he made us feel comfortable and confident with the glasses we purchased! He took the time to explain everything to us, so we could figure out exactly what we wanted and what would work best for us. Everyone there was extremely helpful and welcoming. Needless to say, our experience was incredibly positive and we will definitely be back!”

“We worked with Jim and concept flooring to install flooring for our home. We replaced carpet in some rooms and refinished the wood floors in other areas. They made all the flooring flow well looks like it was all intended to be this way all along. Also I wanted grey floors but we have red oak, but they did an excellent job, we love the color. Jim also organized for a painter to paint the railings. The customer service is amazing, very responsive, extremely helpful, explained the process and made recommendations and gave me options. I appreciate the consultative approach. Very happy! Love our new floors so much we’ve avoided adding rugs for a while to enjoy them.”

“Noticed our living room skylights were leaking and needed to be replaced as quickly as possible since it was the rainy season. Randy was excellent! Very quick turnaround from the initial call to come out and take a look and get measurements and was able to order the new skylights and get them installed the very next week. Very professional, extremely kind to both myself and my pets, just all around excellent service. I will be calling them again when I eventually need my bathroom skylights replaced as well!”

“The best dentist office I have ever been to! Dr. Patel is extremely gentle and makes a scary visit a little more bearable. He takes his time to answer any questions you may have before and after the visit. You can tell he really cares and tries his best for his patients. I had 3 fillings with him today and you can’t even tell he touched my teeth and aside from some soreness at the numbing sites, I feel/felt no pain during and afterwards. He won’t try to nickel and dime you to death. If you’re looking for a good and honest dentist, he’s your guy. The staff has also been incredible and professional as well. I’m so happy to finally find a great office I feel comfortable with.”

“I was on my way from Florida to a reunion in Tennessee with a few Sailors I served with in the Navy. On the way, I hit a large raccoon at highway speeds (the raccoon didn't make it). My insurance company provided a list of over 20 local repair shops; I knew I had the right one in Caliber Collision when I walked into this location. I was greeted with a friendly smile and a can-do attitude. I asked if it would be possible to have the bodywork and engine repairs completed before the end of the week as I would be heading back to Florida in just five days. It was explained to me that parts deliveries were slow (my car needed a few front-end parts including the intercooler for the turbo, a radiator, and, of course, the destroyed body parts). I was provided no assurance that they could complete the job by Friday (dropped it off that Monday), but they did say they would try. I recieved a daily update -- mind you, I was not calling them; they contacted me! And, as each day passed, I started to feel more confident the job would be done, and by goodness, it was! The entire team came through. All of the work was completed to perfection. Truly amazing! If I was allowed to provide more than five stars, I would. If you ever find yourself in need of their services, don't hesitate!”
