AC Hotel by Marriott Atlanta Airport Gateway

I must say the Front Desk guy working on 01/11/2021 name beginning with a 'N' is fantastic. He took such great care of my Mom and was extremely patient. This guy deserve a raise. I'll will always remember this guy.

The hotel was nicely set up, the rooms very clean and had great space. The staff was helpful, and I loved that fact there was a few "Georgia" specific items you could buy in the lobby. The restaurant wasn't available for supper but we were able to eat at the other Mariott properties and the hotel staff took us in an enclosed gold cart type vehicle. The Sky Train was right there, and was very easy to access to catch our flight, again carted there by the cart. We left too early to participate in breakfast but overall, I would recommend this property.

In addition to being extremely clean, the hotel staff was amazing. Alexis was incredibly nice! She had exceptional customer service and went above and beyond for not only myself but everyone I was with. Alexis is a good representation of what a hotel professional should embody. I will definitely stay here again and tell everyone I know about this hotel.

VERY clean and AWESOME rain shower!!! Loved having very hot water and strong water pressure!!! Loved that I was able to select a corner room! Quality exceeded my expectations. Definitely a top rated hotel! Sleep was great but could have been a little better. Pillows we're amazing! Mattress was VERY soft but being a platform bed made it slightly less than wonderful! Loved the block out curtains and did NOT hear any of the airplanes flying overhead!!!
