(April 8, 2021, 11:59 am)Very clean facility! Coach Dee is great. I love how she explains every reason for her course of action with clients. I thought I would be pressured to do a full work out the first day. That wasn't the case, she explained how the equipment worked and what courses I needed to follow to achieve my goals.
