The tape will completely release from a cardboard box. Had a box ready to ship, the next day it was all loose. This is repeated on the 4 rolls currently in use. Takes a lot of rubbing to get it to stick. Still loose ends release in a short time. All in air conditioned storage, Boxes new or used, same results. The only problem was they didn't have any Birria Tacos which my daughter really wanted. Thus we found a great alternative which was fish Mexican Rice, salad and potatoes. It was delicious.
