(January 26, 2022, 8:30 am)I am surprised to be giving a big corporation 5 stars. As of late, it just seems like we have been let down by several banking/CC institutions. Crystal and Arica at Chase were beyond helpful this week. My wife and I had a savings account that was mismatched to our checking, and we were getting charged a significant monthly fee. She was able to refund the fees, switch the account, and even helped us refund our checks (since the account we should have had comes with free check books). Thank you Chase for treating us like real people and not an account number!
