We found the perfect sofa at Ashley! We had been to 6 other stores, and we were going between a sofa at Ashley and a sofa at another store. What made us choose the item at Ashley was ONLY because of the service we received by Elizabeth V. She was super helpful at finding us exactly what we wanted, in the configuration we needed. Absolutely zero pressure, which was vastly different from the other store. Her patience and kindness are what made us choose Ashley, and what will bring us back to furnish the rest of our home! I've had such a great experience at Ashley in Maplewood... they have a great selection of furniture at affordable prices, and the staff are excellent. I've been able to browse without feeling pressured or interrupted constantly, but they are definitely there and helpful when you need them. Huge shout out to Elizabeth for being so patient, sweet, and professional... she helped make what could have been an overwhelming experience less stressful! I'll be back for sure, and highly recommend this store for anyone looking for furniture/home furnishings.

First of all, our consultant, Elizabeth, was so great to work with. She was patient and helpful throughout our decision process and was extremely accommodating to our needs in the delivery aspect of our purchase. We would definitely work with her again. Although we’ve only had it a week, we love our new sectional. It’s so comfortable and compliments the space just as we’d expected. Hopefully it holds up over time.

Wow! Great and excellent service!
I would like to thank Elizabeth A. Vargas. She was kind, friendly, helpful and interested in explaining everything to us. We were looking for a dining room table that we saw it before but it was gone and we were about to leave to see another store ;however, she helped us to find another lovely one. We came back and bought it. We were so lucky to see Elizabeth there in the second time. We really appreciate her assist.

Chis and Elizabeth were both friendly and helpful. I was just on an investigation trip (with no intentions to buy yet) and they both didn’t mind and gave me a lot of attention and asked me questions to help me find something I’m looking for (and to make sure it will be physically possible to get the couch into my home). Plus they went above and beyond when I came after the store closed (they were leaving and about to drive away) and needed to get back in because I accidentally left my phone in the store. Great customer service those two!!
