“I've been going to this place almost 1 year now and they get it done. Reasonable and efficient. I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I was just a bit frustrated a couple of months back getting my hair braided because one of the braiders kept doing other things than finishing my hair.. I was upset because I had been there for like 5 hours when it's usually 4 sometimes 3.5 so I was very upset. But I came back and once again I am a very satisfied customer. Like this place a lot.”

This was my first visit with Dr.Thomas and she took time to explain my dental situation, she didn't push me off to the dental hygienist to get to the next patient because I was only coming in for the initial work-up. I thank her for caring enough to make me feel comfortable as a first time patient. The level of professionalism was outstanding from the receptionist, to the assistant etc... “Overall I have had a positive experience with D.I.A. I think there’s always room for improvement with anything and they are constantly working on improving. Any issue that I have had has been addressed with the proper administration in a professional and timely manner. I think if the hours of operation changed to allow morning drop offs to begin at 7am instead of 7:30am it would make a huge difference with the morning traffic pileup. They are very committed to the health and safety of those who attend and work at the school which I really appreciate. Their mission and goals align with my own personal beliefs which is why I chose this school for my children to attend and so far I like what I see.”

“My three kids have been patience of Dr. Monica at Kids Dental since they were first getting teeth (they are now 16,14, and 9). They are truly awesome. The hygienists are sweet and patient people, the Doctor is incredible with nervous kids, and Tanika in the front office is wonderful. The dentist experience as a child can establish or destroy the persons relationship with dental care far into adulthood and they are doing an amazing job giving a great experience all around.
