As a consumer, we must know what it will cost us versus an open checkbook for whatever they deem necessary. This is a general healthcare comment that could apply anywhere and is a pet peeve of mine. “Our Pathfinder broke down in a parking lot - shifter cable snapped. Our insurance agent recommended KAMS, and we had a wonderful experience!! Got the car towed, and then worked with David to fix the shifter cable. He was informative, kind, timely, and thorough. They fixed the shifter cable for a very fair rate, and then we had them look at the a/c, which has been out for four months. We had received a very high dealer quote for fixing the a/c, but KAMS fixed it for a much more reasonable rate. Very, very pleased. This will be our only automotive service center moving forward. We are KAMS fans!”
