Showed up at 815a for an 845a appointment to have my knee checked as i couldn't walk and was in extreme pain.

Checked in, xrays, consult, all done by exceeding professional and NICE people. Dr. Kelly drained fluid, gave me a cortisone shot and this morning I'm pain free..

The most impressive part? I'm in at 815a and out by 910a. Efficiency, kindness, personal, professional. I could go on and on.

For my latest visit, I was able to save time by completing necessary paperwork online, prior to the date of my appointment. I was admitted to an exam room at my scheduled time and treated quickly. Dr. Perez has been treating my condition for over 10 years, so she is quick to find the trouble spots in my neck and treat them accordingly. Have used several other Resurgens doctors for surgeries (knee, shoulder, elbow) and have been very pleased with the personable nature of the doctors and the care I receive.

Excellent experience at Chastain office. The treating PA, Brian Evans, was both professional and personable. He was Efficient but did not rush things. He explained everything thoroughly. I left there feeling I received the best treatment for my aching knee with the torn meniscus.

ALL the other staff members I encountered also were very helpful, cordial, professional and considerate.

When I injured my knee, a doctor friend suggested I call Resurgens immediately. I’m very glad I did. They fit me in for an appointment with Dr. Makhuli that day. The facility was very nice, the staff was very friendly and efficient, and I met with the Dr right on time (unlike most doctors where you have to wait forever). The Dr and his PA were extremely likable and thorough. In follow up appointments and MRI, I had an identically pleasant experience (and I was pleased they advised against surgery under my circumstances). The team, facility, and attention were phenomenal. I would absolutely recommend that anyone go there. Outstanding care and excellent facility.

I was greeted with a smile and seen at my scheduled appointment time. I was taken for x-rays, which were done in record time. The
P A was very efficient, saw me almost immediately, explained my x-ray, asked if I had any questions, told me to come back in 3 weeks, then walked with me to checkout. I couldn't have asked for better care or more personal experience.
Everyone I saw from check in to check out had a smile and was very personal and professional.
