(April 21, 2020, 12:52 pm)My experience with this neighborhood Avis location has been nothing but positive. In particular, their procedures given the Covid-19 virus situation was excellent. The Avis representative, Corey, greeted me at the front door, took my license and credit card and completed the transaction inside while I waited outside the door. He returned minutes later with the contract and keys. The vehicle was clean and was exactly what I wanted. The following week, I contacted Corey to extend my rental. He did so at a lower rate than Avis online offered. Kudos to Corey for going the extra yard to save me $$$. Thanks!
