(June 4, 2020, 3:53 pm)We have lived in LP both as homeowners and renters since 1998 and having had to live outside the park for 8 years, can tell you we are lucky to live in LP and have an HOA that takes care of business and our largest investment. I am sure with 1800+ homes, it is not an easy task to manage, but somehow I have always been able to obtain needed info, clarification etc in a timely manner. ( I am not saying it is always what I wanted to hear, but rules are rules. )
