“I called assured comfort because my outdoor ac unit froze over on the pipes. I knew after that I had a leak in the coil because it happened at my old house too. When they came out they detected many leaks in the coil. And our system was from the 90s. Instead of wasting money replacing parts, we decided to get a whole system installed including the coil, outside ac unit and a furnace. It was a bit pricey for our liking even with a furnace promo. Total was about 8 grand. Their customer service is amazing, everyone is lovely. We had about 5-6 different people come out to do different things and everyone was amazing. It was very time consuming having people out everyday for about 4 days. The only reason I gave 4/5 stars is that my husband noticed they didn’t put the correct size flue pipe on, which means carbon monoxide would leak inside the house. We called them to let them know and they are coming out to put the correct size flue pipe on which I am grateful for. But had I not noticed it wouldn’t of been good.”
