Steve was very knowledgeable, personable and professional. He found the source of our problem right away (something another plumber had missed) and reached out to our home warranty company to explain the issues.

Unfortunately, he was on hold so long he had to leave for another service call. I was surprised 20 minutes later to find him at my door saying he had gotten through to the warranty company and gotten approval and turned around to come finish the job!

Steve was great! He was on time, prompt, friendly, & professional.He came out diagnosed the H20 Heater Day 1, worked with my home warranty company and got the replacement ordered the same day! Then got us squeezed us in the next day before the weekend which was huge for a family of 5.
He helped us with HW company again to make things go even smoother and we had Hot water Friday night! I highly recommend A & G Plumbing and Drain.
