  High praise for Dr. Callaway, his approach to healing is multifaceted and effective. I've been to a lot of chiropractor's, natripathic practitioner's, energy workers and more. I've never experienced such quick and responsive healing on so many levels. He came highly recommended by a friend when I was experiencing poor health. I quickly regained my health but amazingly my chronic back pain is gone as well as general aches and pains. I find day after day not reaching for ibuprofen. In addition I have experienced an energy shift like a switch. My own emotional health has become very positive and I feel good. I feel happier in general. It's like I'm surfing over this wave of negativity that we are being exposed to in this world. Like a positive magnet that opposes a negative one. That is the best way I can describe this amazing shift I feel. I thank God for blessing healers to heal and bring us closer to our original alignment. Dr. Callaway thank you so much for helping me feel better physically and emotionally. One last thing..He treated me for satiety and I'm not hungry all the time or thinking about food. I've naturally dropped weight and that's very exciting because that just doesn't happen!!

  I had chronic and severe neck and arm pain. My MRI showed cervical stenosis, bone spurs, and some atrophy. I had had one Epidural with minimal success and was looking at another one + possible surgery. A friend suggested I give Dr. Callaway a try and said he had a special "gift". Indeed he does as after ONE visit my pain was 99% gone! I have continued to see him and he has helped me with numerous other issues including hormone imbalance, plantar fasciitis etc.. He is the best chiropractor I have EVER been to and over the years I have seen quite a few. I highly recommend him.

  After a short fall down stairs, I gradually developed a frozen shoulder, losing range of movement, ability to reach in certain directions, modifying my way of doing things, and eventually could no longer even pull my shirt off over my head. I saw Dr. Dale who gave me chiropractic adjustments and homework of range of motion exercises to do between visits with him. I also added daily yoga. After nearly a year of visits with Dr. Dale and my own physical therapy, I was back up to 100% again. What a relief! I love the way Dr. Dale explained what was going on with my bones & his treatment. He is very knowledgeable and a skilled chiropractor. I was very comfortable with him, his knowledge level and treatments. I really like that he told me what I could do to speed up the recovery and not simply rely on doctor treatments. I am happy to continue seeing him occasionally for routine maintenance. Thank you Lakeside Chiro for helping me live to the fullest again!

  Dr. Callaway is not only my colleague, he is my chiropractor. Yes, chiropractors needs chiropractors too. Dr. Callaway took care of me while we were in school and years later I still choose him. He truly cares about his patients and is willing to address all areas of their health, including nutrition. He is one of the best in extremity adjusting. I hurt my shoulder so bad that I could barely move. It took over my day, my sleep, my life. It was hard to function with the pain and limited mobility. After 6 adjustments, therapy, and proper nutrition my shoulder was 98% better. He continues to address my shoulder during my regular visits to reach optimal health.

  Dr. Callaway is such a good chiropractor. He really listens and responds to my issues. I went in with shoulder and neck pain that radiated down my left arm and made it hard to sleep, and in only 2 visits I am pain free! I have rarely found a doctor so attentive to my needs and so dedicated to my wellness. Thank you Dr. Callaway! Thank you.
