National Leak Detection

Simply the best. I had a small outdoor leak in my water main and Paul from National Leak Detection came out located the leak so I could get it repaired. I had plumbers trying to get me to replace the whole line, but since I used NLD, I saved thousands of dollars. Paul was a very personable guy and really took the time to explain everything so I understood what was going on. And Laura, who setup the appointment was kind and professional. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call from Laura the day before my appointment who told me there was a last minute same-day availability.

I was referred to National Lead Detection by my plumber. Laura was so great when I called and I knew I was in good hands. Ken came out and was very nice to work with. It turned out he needed to take care of me in two trips so he could pinpoint the location of my slab leak for my plumber without leaving me with holes in my floor for a week. He came back right before the plumbers at 7:45 in the morning and got me taken care of. I would use them again and will recommend them to my friends. You hope you never need this service but it is well worth it to use these folks!

This is a great company. We noticed our water bill had doubled. Sean came out right away but could not find the leak. He said that they would not charge us until they found the leak. The next day Kent came out and spent 4 hours and found the area under the slab in our hallway. He came back the next day and pinpointed exactly where the leak was. He was within inches. Very accurate. These were great guys and did a great job. I highly recommend this company if you have a leak that you can't find.

I had a fantastic experience working with National Leak Detection for service at my home in Brookhaven. I called the main number and connected with Laura, who was so pleasant and professional. She asked why I was calling and was quick to book an appointment for same day service to find a leak between my house and the water meter. Paul was at my house a few hours later, shortly after a phone call to inform me that he was en route to my house. Paul was a great communicator as well, and thoroughly explained the process he was going through to identify the leak. Paul found the exact spot of the leak and marked it clearly in the yard. The payment process was simple and straightforward and I feel like the charge was reasonable for the service I received. I would not hesitate recommending National Leak Detection to any of my family or friends.

Kent and his team came out quickly and located a small leak in the main supply line between the water meter and our house. He and his associate traced our lines and marked the specific spot. Kent even came back after the first plumber we had come out didn't dig down far enough and he dug down to find the leaking pipe himself - exactly where he marked the leak originally. He was clearly professional and knowledgable, and Laura was very easy to communicate with. I will also note that the plumber we used (Mr. Plumber) knew Kent personally and specifically mentioned he was the best in Atlanta. Twice the week before visiting us, he was called on to dig spots marked by other leak detection companies that turned out to not be close at all to the actual leak. I'd highly recommend Kent to detect the leaks at Mr. Plumber Atlanta to do a quality repair work. I've already recommended National Leak Detection to three other neighbors as well.
