“I rarely give five star reviews for a product or service, but in this case I considered the price, service, quality and timeliness and could find no shortcomings. The quote to re-stretch my carpet was quite reasonable and they said they could come the same day I inquired or the next. I set a time of 10:30 the following day and the door bell rang at 10:28 (perfect). The carpet was inspected and there was no attempts to up-sell or otherwise push up the quote (much appreciated). The work began and was completed quickly. Afterward, each step was explained and a note that with the double-tack strips installed, should never need attention in the future. I had moved some furniture out of the way before the arrival and he offered to help move it back before leaving. Very personable, friendly and quick to get to the job. I could ask nothing more. I'll recommend Casey's and use them again if I have further carpet needs. Good experience”
