Rob was prompt and quite professional. The best part was the way my carpet looked once he was done. It looks so fantastic and it looks the way it did when it was first down with no more waves in it. I highly recommend his work!

Rob repaired an area of carpet that was ruined by a pet. Repair would be 100% undetectable except for the sun fade of the original carpet. Rob is very professional, returned my call very quickly and showed up on-time for our appointment. Rob's 30+ years of experience was present as I watched him work. Rob is a skilled craftsman.
