Everyone needs a will ... and Mahmoud Khatib makes a daunting task *really simple*. With just a couple of phone calls and some email exchanges we had an EASY-TO-READ legal document (those exist?!) signed and notarized (he is also a notary). Since the State of Georgia allowed for virtual signatures during the coronavirus pandemic, we got it done without having to leave our home. He is trustworthy and very professional. He went above and beyond to explain everything in great detail and didn’t bat an eye when we needed him to rewrite the entire will. He took great care to diligently research how to make our document compliant with my religious beliefs and he’s VERY RESPONSIVE (text, email, call, meet for a “cup of law”). He’s the lawyer you want to trust with what happens to your loved ones after you die. Will definitely be using his legal services again if there’s ever a need!

My husband and I reached out to Mahmoud when we were having an issue with an unethical wedding caterer. I put out a desperate plea for help, and through a series of events was connected to Mahmoud. I'm so thankful I was! He was extremely helpful and really went above and beyond for us. He looked over the entire contract and all of our invoices and correspondence almost immediately, and within a few days had given us solid counsel (including looking up Visa's user terms of agreement & legal precedence in other cases). Unfortunately, the caterer was too belligerent to be able to negotiate with, so Mahmoud recommended another lawyer who agreed to take our case to litigation on contingency (we wouldn't have to pay unless we won).
