(August 9, 2020, 3:09 pm)Laurie was so great and they adhered to all social distancing/mask protocols. New facility and came with a free month. After I signed and went to my car I already had a welcome note on my locker from Laurie. Very nice touch, thank you!
(August 9, 2020, 9:16 am)Laurie is the best! Very sweet, knowledgeable, and will work with you to make sure you get the best storage unit you need at an affordable price. Before renting my unit she showed me a unit of the same size, gave me a quick tour to show me how to access the building and informed me of all the security measures the facility has to make sure each person is safe. The facility is very clean and has loading dollies to help make your move easier. I can’t thank Laurie enough for all of her help! Her customer service is what made renting from the facility a smooth and pleasant process! Highly recommend her and the facility!
(June 25, 2020, 5:44 pm)I was in a bind and had to have a storage unit pronto. I was in full on crisis mode. Laurie turned that crisis into a controlled situation that gave me the stability I needed.
She is really great at being a calm influence at a time you need it the most. I thank her each time I see her.
The manner in which she is able to offer effective solutions that are delivered instantly, removed SO MUCH anxiety off of me.
