“By far the BEST TRANSMISSION PLACE EVER!!!! My transmission slip on my commercial van for my business last Friday, I called this place and spoke to Bill that Saturday morning after seeing and reading the reviews. I figure I give this place a try. Bill insure me he will have it look at Monday at 9am if I bring it up there at that time. That Monday at 9am I drop it off. He Diagnose the problem at 2pm told me that the gears 3 and 4th are burnt out. Which I figure that was the problem. He gave me a few options but told me the truth and what I really need because this van was the only van I had to make me money. He insure me it will be done before Christmas with a Remanufactured transmission. I really didn’t believe he could have that done so quick in so little bit of time. On Wednesday around 1pm I got a called that the vehicle was ready for pickup. I was so shock I was speechless. I literally got my keys and my wife and I drove up the street to pick up. For the price that he charge me and with warranty I got with it. I will Never go anywhere but this place moving forward. Thanks Bill, you sure do keep your word.”

“These guys are great. I live in Canada and picked up a low mile (40k mile) '06 Mazda 3 back in Fall of 2021. My mechanic noted the car needed the entire cooling system replaced. This included the water pump, thermostat, temperature regulator, required coolant flush, etc. He said I could probably make it to and from Atlanta for the holidays, but advised getting it repaired when I came back. I took the risk, had heard of Mazcare from back when I lived in Atlanta, and decided to bring it in over the holiday. Charlie picked up the phone on January 2nd (already a surprise), and set up an appointment for the first day the shop was open in 2022. He noted they don't often need to replace water pumps on that era of 3 but said they'd take a look. Turns out the car only needed a thermostat, and even that was simply because I got a check engine light that was tied to it every couple of weeks. Dylan even did his best to talk me down from replacing the then-working thermostat, but their rate very fair so I'd rather replace it there than be over-sold in Canada a few months later. They also noted that the coolant in the car wasn't OEM/Mazda, and would be a good idea to replace anyways (coolant has to be drained to replace a thermostat). The next day I drove the car back 900+ miles to Canada and it's been running great since. This includes some 14 F mornings in Ohio and a -3 F cold start in Toronto. The little 3 has at operating temperature within a few minutes of driving no matter what. Charlie/Sheldon/Dylan even thought to replace the oil change sticker with one in Kilometres (it is a Canadian car after all). Couldn't help but laugh when I saw that. Greatly appreciate these guys - they're my new shop whenever I find myself in Atlanta again. Honest, great service.”

“Our Pathfinder broke down in a parking lot - shifter cable snapped. Our insurance agent recommended KAMS, and we had a wonderful experience!! Got the car towed, and then worked with David to fix the shifter cable. He was informative, kind, timely, and thorough. They fixed the shifter cable for a very fair rate, and then we had them look at the a/c, which has been out for four months. We had received a very high dealer quote for fixing the a/c, but KAMS fixed it for a much more reasonable rate. Very, very pleased. This will be our only automotive service center moving forward. We are KAMS fans!”

“Jeff has been a GREAT find for me! I have a 2005 Newmar Dutch Star Class A Motor-home that needed several items repaired or maintained (fluid changes, air bag replacement, ABS sensor replacement, lubrication, and new brakes) Jeff has come to my rescue several times, even working late one night to replace a leaking air bag the night before I was scheduled to go on a trip) On one occasion, I was returning home from a long trip, and just as I was turning into my driveway, my front steering control came disconnected. (I was fortunate that it happened at my home!) I was able to back out into the street just enough to pull the rig into my front yard. I called Jeff and he came to my house and temporarily reconnected the steering arm so I could get the bus up my driveway. He would not allow me to drive it to his shop for repair because he felt it would be too dangerous. After ordering a new steering control from Spartan Chassis, Jeff came back to my house and installed the new piece. I have also called Jeff to get his opinion on different products for the bus and he is always pleasant and helpful. I appreciate his concern for the safety of my family. He is dependable and professional and does great work at a fair price, HIGHLY recommended!”

“I went in for a sensor replacement, and while they were doing this I believe a technician accidently broke off my door lock. I had no way of proving it was attached before I went in, and I think at many places the mechanic would have not done anything. At this shop they fixed the issue as quickly as they could when I told them about it. I think this is something you will not find at another shop.”
