“I was in dire straights. I attempted to change my low beam bulb on my Mercedes myself using the instructions on a YouTube video. Little did I know that it is not as easy as they make it out to be. I was not able to get the bulb reconnected and was so worried about getting a ticket. I called this mechanic and the gentleman was so nice and offered to look at my car right away.
