Maintenance has always been prompt; the Property Managers and Office Staff are courteous and kind; and they have had only minor rent increases each year. I have recommended the company to several of my friends. Their policy for breaking your lease early is pretty strict (60 day notice, $300 fee, and you must pay one month's lost rent). Regardless, I would pick them if I had to do it all over again.”

“I have been with Shiloh for close to 1.5 years and my experience with the management is absolutely great. I have joined as a sub-tenant to one of the existing lease and the apartment manager Raquel is very helpful from the beginning. We had a roach issue in the apartment because of the ugly maintenance of the previous tenant. Raquel took care of the incident personally and followed up with proper treatment plans and I am glad there are not a single roach for almost an year now. All maintenance issues were taken care of promptly and efficiently. Airfilters changed every 9mo-1year. cleaned carpet with the lease renew. Seems like any leasing management should do all these, but believe me I have been in worst places. More than anything, the proximity of the apartment to the amenities, I don't find the need of a car to go anywhere. great school district as well. I have recommended to my friend I would definitely recommend the community to friends and family! Raj”
