I would highly recommend Arc Detectives based on my experience. They say what they will do and do what they say. From the first phone call to the finished job, they were very honest, responsive and very customer oriented. They were able to schedule me in a timely manner for some major work and went above and beyond what I’ve come to expect from any type of home repair. They are honest and up front about the project and I definitely will be using them again. They are not just professional but down to earth good people that want to do provide quality and timely service.

First and foremost Craig was personable and friendly and on top of that his bid price was $3,000 less than two other bids. His crew went far beyond just wiring our metal garage to our specifications and also wired the house for an auxiliary generator plug. Worked quickly and even into the evening to assure we had power throughout. I can guarantee that I will use them again and will encourage anyone needing electrical work to contact them.. I promise you will also become a customer.

I used Arc Detective because of the good reviews I had seen. I made an appointment and the electrician, Craig, was punctual, professional, and expedient. We were needing a new fan installed in the soon to be a nursery, he was in and done within 30 minutes. Definitely will use him for future home projects.

Craig did a great job! He just finished up at my house today, and he quoted the job two days ago. I called to get a quote, and he was there working the very next day. He relocated my electrical panel, installed a surge protector, ground rods, bathroom exhaust fan, ran new lines to the flood lights and repaired the junction box for the existing side door light. He was fast, the price was reasonable, and he was very professional and polite. I would definitely recommend Arc Detectives, and I will be a return customer.

Eric & Craig are now our go to guys for all our electric needs in our home. Super friendly, great communication, on time, clean and very reasonable on pricing. We had 3 new ceiling fans (super fancy & high tech which I didn’t know, 😂) which needed to be installed and move the light fixture to a bedroom closet. These guys came in, provided their quote, began installation, taught us about our fancy fans, programmed them and cleaned up all in less than 2 hours! I couldn’t believe it. I cannot wait for my other items to come in so I can have them back to do our installation on our other lighting projects. They even showed us a better option for our kitchen lighting so we can make our small kitchen have more lighting and feel bigger. Great job🎃🎃🎃
