Piano Lessons with Corey

Corey was a wonderful piano teacher and a brilliant musician. Patient, full of energy, and able to communicate ideas to teach all levels of piano.

Corey is a very talented musician. He is very patient and knowledgeable. He taught my son guitar for several years and made the lessons fun and informative. He caters the lessons to the students' needs and abilities.

As an adult beginner I was nervous about starting piano lessons. Corey has put me completely at ease. I look forward to every lesson because not only am I learning how to play and understand reading music, I'm having a wonderful time. Each lesson is productive and fun. I always feel good about the progress I have made after each lesson. Corey is patient and encouraging and creates enthusiasm in his student.

Aside from his obvious experience and expertise that Corey brings to the table, his energy is unsurpassed.

Many people can teach you. Not everyone can get you excited about learning.

After having taken piano lessons for 6 years, I started with Corey. I improved more in the first year with him than I had in the previous 6. I’ve now been playing piano for 12 years and have yet to meet a better teacher than Corey.
He teaches very well in the traditional style, but has also done exceptionally incorporating ear training into my learning style.
At this point I am now able to teach myself songs without sheet music and can play most things I want to.
I would highly recommend taking lessons with Corey.
