I was having major issues with a car loan that I had applied for previously at GUCU. There was just a lot of miscommunication and I wasn't told of necessary items for my loan to go through and was sent to the Dunwoody Branch. Once I drove up to the teller and explained the situation, I am guessing one of the managers, her name was Kiya (Kia?), went to talk to me and I explained to her my situation. She completely helped my situation turn 180 degrees and went above and beyond and made a bunch of phone calls to help me get the car that I had just purchased. I recommend this branch to anyone who wants someone to go above and beyond in service and literally bend over backwards to try to help you. I appreciate the help I was given.

Literally the BEST experience I have ever had opening a banking account. The young lady who helped me had the best personality in the world. She made me and my s/o feel so welcomed. I definitely will be going back to her and this bank in general if i ever need any help or if i have any difficulties. The environment itself felt absolutely lively. I would give this place 10 stars if i could!
