After 3 sessions, my back pain is considerably improved. I have a better understanding of what is causing my pain and what I can do to realign my body for maximum functioning. My therapist Lance is an experienced physical therapist and gifted commutator. I highly recommend One on One Physical Therapy.
I have used the services of One on One for several years lateral femoral cutaneous neuropathy in my left quad, an unfortunate result of total hip replacement surgery in 2017. After going to One on One, I will never use hospital PT again. Having hands-on care, literally, for an hour, rather than the "do 10 of these and I'll be back in 5 minutes to tell you the next thing to do", makes all the difference in the world. I've also seen different PTs over the course of my time, to take advantage of their different approaches, with no hard feelings when I switched providers. They really are all about whatever it takes to get you to the higher level of recovery you can achieve.
Have had a great experience during a sustained recovery period for a hip injury. Staff are very professional and accommodating. Tina has been a great help in navigating insurance reimbursement process. Strongly recommend.
Unlike many/most/all of the other physical therapy opportunities in our area, One on One PT really DOES give you attention and very personal, professional help to you and you alone. Lance has kept me going for years and I cannot recommend One on One PT highly enough!
These PHysical therapists are amazing. They are so advanced in their techniques and knowledge base/ this is not your run for of the mill provider. As a physician, I know the difference between those that follow a cook boom type of therapy and those that are special and address every aspect of the problem with a variety of treatments. Their fund of knowledge is amazing.
