“So up front I really can't overstate how helpful the gentlemen here were. I'm an entire novice, I know nothing of welding, I literally just bought a cheap welder online a few weeks ago, and the gentlemen here got me set up with all the tank, regulator, gloves, filler, tungsten, miscellaneous tools, and all the other little bits and bobs I needed to get started. They were knowledgeable and friendly as you could hope for. As a hobbyist welder, I've read that it's hard to find a gas supplier sometimes because Airgas and others are more interested in commercial contracts than individuals but these guys got me hooked up no problem.
