I came for the first time last Thursday (7/13/2017). I can honestly say I can't remember a time that I left a workout and felt like every major muscle group on my body received the conditioning it needed to get stronger. I love the pace of the class and especially that it motivates me to work harder in order to keep up! Great Staff, Great look and feel, Great ambiance.

Pure greatness. The privacy, the energy and the workouts given are amazing! Staff is also very professional and push you to your greatest ability for immediate result; exactly what I look for in a gym.

LOVE this place! The trainers are encouraging and fun, I have been working on a new me and they are definitely helping to reach my goals!
