As a business owner myself, I have a grand appreciation for quality service, AA Flooring went above and beyond. From the moment we met Eti, we knew this was the right fit for us. We never had work done on our house since we purchased almost 10 years ago. This was a huge investment for us and we were very nervous. After several consultations with other contractors, it was clear that AA Flooring was the only company that we were willing to put our faith into. Eti and here staff were professional, respectful, efficient, detail oriented, experienced, and so much more. In the midst of this project my mother fell ill and Eti was so incredibly understanding and patient with us. She traveled close to an hour almost every single day to watch over the work being done. Her staff always cleaned up prior to shutting down for the day, leaving our home in a better state then when they entered our home in the morning. Everyone was considerate, kind and hard working. They added small touches to our home that I never would have considered. Eti gave her professional opinion without being pushy, explaining the pros and cons of our choices in complete detail so that we could understand and make an educated decision. Her timelines were incredibly accurate. She spoke to us in a manner that we could understand leaving any form of ego off the table and only suggesting what was cost effective and beautifully uplifting to our home, while still giving us options to choose from. I cannot say enough about how professional AA flooring & beyond was with the installation of my carpet. I was in the process of moving. I was also in the process of heading on a two-week road trip. They came in installed the carpet. Did a professional job cleaned everything up and made invoicing and payment very easy for me. I would highly recommend that if you need carpet installation or any other services you reach out to them.
