This bank treats me as if I were a billionaire. Of my 64 years dealing with banks. That includes, Bank of America, TD Bank, and Wells Fargo, which I thought was the worst. Only once, I had an issue with an under educated female manager. She did not know her job enough, made it difficult for me, and I believe that was obvious. She was no longer there shortly after that.

Just went in today to open a business checking account. My personal account is with a different bank and felt that Chase's business options were more of what I was looking for.

First I called to see when the best time to come in was and how long it would take, easily scheduled a time to meet with Paula over the phone. When I came in I was greeted with hello's (and smiles) by several people, one person who asked how she could assist me and then directed me to Paula who was ready and waiting, extremely sweet and it was extremely enjoyable to be in her presence which goes a very long way. She was very informative, personable and I left having felt taken care of (excellent customer service). It's not often I write reviews but I just left so happy and at ease that I just can't help but share my experience.
