(January 13, 2021, 9:43 am)When I encountered one over-the-top kid-friendly detail after another, at first I felt like it was all material, and just intended to distract people on a shallow level, to make the image of a haven for kids. But the staff dynamic felt earnest to me, and made me meditate a little on the word hospitable

(August 11, 2020, 11:18 am)Everyone was nice. Going into the emergency room I expected to be there a little while so time was not an issue. I was treated well and each person that came into my room had a comforting bedside manner.
