Update had to subtract a star because I have heard no word on the car that needed repair as of yet weeks later. Youd think the service would be expedited to show a lil customer appreciation.

He worked very hard and patiently with me until I was able to get the vehicle I needed for the right price. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. The whole dealership was very nice as well. He stayed in touch with me from beginning to end and made sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. He also followed up, as he promised and I appreciate this! I also had a conversation with the GM and the Sales Manger, both was also great. The entire staff works well together and in the best interest of the customer. Thank you to everyone at Nalley Hyundai!

I call the day before told him what I’m looking for and when I was coming and I left out with what I wanted and with better expectations then expected. Highly recommended when you come ask for Roy.
(April 16, 2022, 4:41 pm)We were referred to Roy and received the best customer service one can ask for. He was very nice and informative when talking about cars. Roy also spent his whole Saturday helping us find the perfect car. Not only did he give us a great deal, but his exceptional customer service made the whole experience phenomenal. I HIGHLY recommend requesting Roy as your salesperson. We will definitely be back for only Roy.
