I went in told them my problem received an honest answer that it would take a few days to get to my car, because parts coming in slow. So instead of having my car just sit in someone shop for days he gave me a wonderful suggestion and he called me back within days that he was able to find the part called me in price didn't change nor any extra problems. You'll love the honesty as to when they will be able to get your car done instead of having it sit in the same spot that you dropped it off 9.5 days later and still end up going somewhere else. “I don't know where these people came from, I drive up and down this road where they are located all the time, I just never knew they were there. As I'm doing a Google search I came across their name, and decided to call. (Best call ever made). I get my truck to the shop, and they hint at being done before the day is over, having been dealing freightliner for the last few months, which was a horrible experience. These guys called at 7:19pm saying they were done. Little do they know, I may have paid them for their services, but they have bought a customer for a lifetime. My only regret at this point is not having money to tip these guys because of my dealings with freightliner, but I will be back! Just adding to my previous review. Every time I patronize this business, I never leave disappointed. They get right to it. I've been to a lot of shops. This is home now!!!”

“These guys are the most down to earth mechanics I know. They would be a five star, but I can't just give 5 stars away on a service review. My expectations are pretty high. Anyway, I brought my green van in for them to fix the driver door glass and the passenger rear view mirror. When they told me it was ready, I paid the bill and went out front to the van. Low and behold, my door glass had been replaced and the mirror was changed. However, they made me wait and wait for a receipt. Good service, but a little slow on the follow-through.”

“My 2019 Camry was hit from the side a few weeks ago and my father chose M&M Auto out of our 3 choices. And boy I am glad we chose them. “This is my only mechanic now they are great Miss Tamra is a boss. The mechanics are knowledgeable down to earth friendly competent and helpful. They are very accommodating for my two Littles who have to come with me for some repairs the waiting area is very relaxed and has a number of amenities to make anyone feel comfortable. “I was referred to S&W by my mechanic. We had a blown motor on an Acura. I called JJ, and he told me about the motors he had on hand, recommended one he said was the “best.” It was the most expensive, too. I asked which he’d put in his car. He said, “I already told you. The best one.” “But why?, lower miles?” said I. “No. Because I’ve seen it. And I’ve seen the car it came out of. It appears to be a good motor. It’s what I’d choose.” Sounded legit. I took his word for it. Received electronic confirmation, paid electronically, it was delivered to the shop in under 24 hours, and the core hauled off. My mechanic called and said, “I got great news! This is a really good motor.” The timing belt and water pump looked new. The engine was very clean. No need to go through anything. By the next morning, the car was ready to go. I cannot convey how nice it is to entrust something like a remote engine purchase to a guy who just came across as authentic on the phone. He was knowledgeable enough to make an educated assessment about the routine maintenance, etc, the previous owner had put into the car. Great service. Thanks a ton!”

I eventually spend more money than anticipated in the end especially with car parts. Furm Quality Auto diagnoses all of my cars, prints what's needed to be fixed with prices. No hassel, no pressure, solely your decision. No sales pitch just straight forward guidance. They are passionate about what they do. I trust their judgements. I've had one of my cars painted bumper to bumper, rims and tires changed & balanced on 2 cars, O2 sensors replaced, oil changes, brake changes, etc. I'm currently waiting for a quote to paint the front bumper and minor detailing on another car. I'd be desperate to go elsewhere. Also they install DUI meters for cars.”
