“My son’s car was making a terrible noise for months that centered around the tensioner that could not be resolved. We had made several attempts to fix it to no avail and were at our wits end when we decided to take it to Before & After Auto Repair and I have to say that was one of the best decisions we’ve made. The technicians there were friendly and helpful, assessed the car quickly, and provided a reasonable cost of repair. We left the car there as I had to return to work, and I received a call a few hours later saying the car was ready for pick up. Now the car runs way better, the sound is completely gone, and my son is super happy to ride with the air on again. It’s really hard to find a fair and honest repairman these days, but the technicians at Before and After have restored my faith. “I've recently had two good experiences with Neighborhood Tire Pros in downtown Decatur, GA. They did a nice job replacing the 4 tires on our Honda a month or so ago. They were able to replace them with the same kind that came with the car when it was new. The estimate was detailed and included photos, the price was right, and the quality of work was high and done with care. The people I interacted with were professional, efficient and no-nonsense. This week, our other car (a different car) got a flat tire, and so I took it to them. They were able to fix the tire for $30. I noticed afterwards that they also checked all of our other tires and topped them off with air. They also took the time to do an inspection looking for other issues, and I received a text message with the results. While they didn't find any other issues, I appreciate how thorough and proactive they are, even on such a small job. That's going above and beyond. Lastly, I like the convenient location. It is walking distance to most city of Decatur neighborhoods, businesses, and the Marta train. You can drop your car off and walk home (or to work) then walk back later to pick it up.”

“Moving from one state to another after many years it's hard to find shops that you're comfortable with. You ask friends where to go and finally you get the one that provides what you need. I went in told them my problem received an honest answer that it would take a few days to get to my car, because parts coming in slow. So instead of having my car just sit in someone shop for days he gave me a wonderful suggestion and he called me back within days that he was able to find the part called me in price didn't change nor any extra problems. You'll love the honesty as to when they will be able to get your car done instead of having it sit in the same spot that you dropped it off 9.5 days later and still end up going somewhere else. “I don't know where these people came from, I drive up and down this road where they are located all the time, I just never knew they were there. As I'm doing a Google search I came across their name, and decided to call. (Best call ever made). I get my truck to the shop, and they hint at being done before the day is over, having been dealing freightliner for the last few months, which was a horrible experience. These guys called at 7:19pm saying they were done. Little do they know, I may have paid them for their services, but they have bought a customer for a lifetime. My only regret at this point is not having money to tip these guys because of my dealings with freightliner, but I will be back! Just adding to my previous review. Every time I patronize this business, I never leave disappointed. They get right to it. I've been to a lot of shops. This is home now!!!”
