“I called because I noticed coolant leaking. I was told that all I need is a reservoir cap. I did notice that there was fluid back near the thermostat area and I asked about that. I was told that was because of the loose cap. I’m no mechanic but it seems that not much was done to check for a problem. He quickly did some type of pressure test…and was like “yeah it’s just the cap”. Today my car is still leaking coolant. And I’ve been told that it probably is the thermostat. I paid $85 for Joseph to tell me to waste money on a cap that I did not need. Follow Up: Joseph did reach out to me regarding this issue. He did offer to come back out to fix the problem. I would have let him but I had already found someone else to make the repairs. He refunded me half of my diagnostic fee. I really appreciate Joseph reaching back out to me and attempting to resolve the issue. I must say that is excellent customer service. Thank you, Joseph.”

“This location, delivered unto me, a pizza that was WORTH calling and praising them for the love they put into it!! My first pizza was so good, I had to grab my phone and take a picture - because I wanted to savor that! After a few more slices went down, I went for a walk (calorie burn) and made sure I called them back to let them know they did a good job, so it wasn't too long in between. Not too many people do this! And I'm not looking for internet fame or being hyperbolic for attention when I say, "That pizza was magnificent!"
