I have found it a bit difficult using the Wamart app to find some items as some items are placed on aisles that are not physically present in the store. Most of the time, this is not the case. Just look for an aisle number closer to the one indicated on the app. You will find the item you are looking for. Or better ask a Walmart associate. They are very friendly and willing to help.”

Two more customers came in while I was being helped and he managed to give all three of us excellent customer service. All three of us walked out with exactly what we came for. I ended up going with the Hytest 6" Comp Toe MET safety boots. They look and feel great! There are plenty of places online that sell the same products but there is something to be said about trying out the shoes in-person that makes a huge difference!”

I feel bad I don't remember his name but the guy up front (Jarvis) I believe, speaks to everyone which detours shrink. The store is neat clean and organized. The most impressive thing I experienced. There was a young man stocking some shelves. I asked him where a product was. This young man stopped what he was doing with a smile and didn't make me feel like I was bothering him. Took me to the Isle my product was on. Asked did I need anything else and said "Have a good day sir".. ...I was a Store Mgr. In Florida I know good customer service when I experience it.
