The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is that it took two weeks for them to get out to us for a simple faucet replacement. Perhaps that's not normal depending on the work load and employee availability.

Andre has been patient and kind. The administrative side has been seamless, even sending a picture of the technician that will coming to my home prior to the appointment. Do yourself a favor a book Finishing Touches. You won’t be disappointed.
(May 18, 2023, 9:54 am)Realized I needed a short notice commercial job completed. Found these folks online and hired them over the phone. They were easy to communicate with and scheduled my job immediately and got it completed sooner than they said they would. I received texts when it was scheduled, a follow up phone confirmation and a text when they arrived to the job. To say I am impressed and happy with their service is an understatement. I will be calling them again and definitely recommend them.
(January 27, 2019, 11:37 am)I can't share enough how amazing the crew of Finishing Touches is! I moved to the Douglasville area about 3 years ago, but never got around to updating my place because, well, there's no time. I wanted a company who is insured because I work for a big box company that provides handyman services and I've heard/seen horror stories. they fit the bill, and they're super nice to boot. Seriously, you aren't going to meet a more professional, friendly, punctual person than someone who works for them. I had them install a Nest 2 Thermostat, as well as a RING alarm system. I think they were in and out in less than 45 minutes- even vacuuming up the little debris that was left. I've got some shelving for my closet that I need to (finally!) put up, and Finishing Touches is going to hear from me. All in all, you can't go wrong with staying local, finding a small business and using the heck out of their amazing services. Thanks again!
