Received exceptional customer service from Mandy and staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I can’t wait to go back. Thank you for going above and beyond to help me with my purchase.

There is an associate named Taylor that went ABOVE and BEYOND for me . If it wasn’t for her I would’ve done my usual walk through and left frustrated and empty handed.
Taylor took the time to really help me In a way that I’d never experienced before.
I left the store feeling beautiful and with a whole new wardrobe !

The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. AE has the best jeans if you have a small waist, big butt and thighs.

Any american eagle I go to it's always the same experience. The one in arbor place mall though is probably the best. They always take the time to help you with everything
