I really wanted to give them 31/2 stars not as low as a 3 but not quite a 4 because they're coupons are soooooo confusing and the quality of their fine jewelry is not always .... well let's just say make sure to double check your pieces before removing the blue tag as you should anyway. They do have great sales and when you can get a good coupon which they have often you will get a most excellent deal.

My friend an I had the pleasure of 3 beautiful ladies there I forgot to get the lady's name in the shoe department but it was the seasoned lady age was very pleasant and skillful, Ms Q was also wonderfully helpful as well very beautiful spirit awe man it escapes me the lady's at the far back wall at customer service she was very knowledgeable in every aspect of Belk's she even took it a step further in assisting my friend how to navigate your website an I thought that was amazing! I'm sure you know the lady's I'm speaking of they really bring something special to your business! I love on the other side of the city but it was well worth it to visit this store.
