(July 20, 2021, 2:16 pm)The cashier was very polite, respectful and had a warm voice. I asked for assistance from someone on the floor and got a decent response. I’d like to advise that person to have more energy in their response. She wasn’t rude. But when working in retail, it’s important to try and have an energetic approach. A customer could be having a bad day and your energetic responses and willingness to help the customer could make their day that much better.
