Dillard's

Dillard's in Arbor Place was very nice. It offered a variety of lovely things. First time visiting this store and this mall in Douglasville. I will return.

A clerk named Ashley was so sweet she helped us immediately and provided us with much care 10/10 service just wish they had more in season plus sized clothes

I had ideas for gifts for my wife. The salesperson, Shai(y), was so helpful in refining my ideas and helping with additional suggestions. Never any pressure, and she helped me with gift wrapping. Never had a bad experience here, but this was a great one!

As I was in Dillard's today in Douglasville Georgia, I was taken care of a sales associate named Sophia. She was extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable about the products she had in her section; which of course was; the purse section of the store. I was pleasantly surprised how attentive she was. I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase any type of high end purse, look for her Tuesday through Saturday if you're interested and want a pleasant shopping experience.

I only knock off one star because it's at Arbor Place Mall which is beginning to feel like an empty cave. I always like shopping at Dillard's however. The staff is always so helpful. I had to go today to get clothes for my daughter. Of course being dad, I couldn't find what I was looking for. Was asked if I needed help and in two minutes I was out the door. Excellent people, excellent selections, excellent prices.
