“After a major career transition, I decided to focus more on my physical and mental health. I signed up for a “flow and meditation” class with Kelly. I had never been to a Yoga class before but based on the reviews, I expected a clean studio and a friendly instructor. I arrived early and was welcomed by instructor Kelly who gave me a tour of the studio. The studio is very clean and the storage room for the equipment is well organized and uniform. There are shelves for your keys and phone which are visible from anywhere in the studio. I brought a towel and water bottle; the other Yoga equipment was provided. The experience was fantastic. I was not as good at the movements and positions as everyone but being good was not the point for me. I wanted the movement, the stretching, and the tranquility. During the session, I did not think about anything except breathing and receiving the messages Kelly was providing. After the class, I felt very calm and stood a little taller. The feeling was like a runner’s high. I need more of that feeling in my life and I have scheduled to attend more classes with Kelly and also explore the other classes. Give it a try!”

The legs of the frames had bent all up over the lenses. They looked unsalvageable, but the lovely woman who helped me today was able to fix them up like new. No charge!
