“We were very impressed with Young Jacob from the first time we met her. She is professional, knowledgeable and a real sweetheart. We met her at an Open House in our neighborhood about nine months prior to selling our home. She handed us her business card and inquired whether we were planning to sell our home. We explained we weren't ready now but perhaps in the future. She kept in contact with us but was never aggressive or overbearing. She invited us to very informative seminars on topics benefitting a seller or buyer. When we were ready to sell, we had a deeper conversation regarding her marketing strategies and plans and was very impressed. With her ideas and plans. We asked her to be our realtor and have been thrilled with our decision. Young created a timeline to most efficiently prepare our house for market. She walked us through and helped us every step of the way. She always had solutions to questions we had and was always very, very kind and patient with us. “I’ve lived here with my dad since I was 3 1/2 years old and it’s actually a great environment. No, it’s not a rich people place by any means and it’s not the most attractive place, but it is an extremely safe neighborhood. I’ve been here 15 years and not once has anything been stolen, broken or vandalized by anyone. These other people leaving bad reviews are wrong about this place. Like I said, it’s not pretty by any means but there’s some great people in here and on my block we all take care of each other. Although, I do agree with the pothole comments. It’s ridiculous on some streets. Don’t drive any nice cars through here lol. You’ll regret it. Other than that, it’s really not bad. Looks can be deceiving but I promise it’s not bad. I grew up here. Everyone also keeps to themselves here. You’ll only be bothered if you’re doing the bothering. Cheers!”
