On the day of service I was late to my appointment (meeting lasted long than expected) but they still was able to get my vehicle right in. The process did not take long. The staff was friendly. Provided instructions on what needed to happen during the drying process. Provided a departing gift. I would recommend this shop to others if you are looking for some trustworthy individuals. “This is the best little tire shop on Fairburn Road. I went in on Fri afternoon about 2:30 and was looking for some tires for my SUV. The ones I wanted would have to be ordered from the warehouse and take an hr or so to get there but they had a new set of Goodyear Wranglers w Kevlar. Brand new still in the plastic and ready to go and the right size. An excelent offer was made of $500 incl M&B and could put them on right there. These guys worked like a NASCAR pit crew using 2 floor jacks and had them on in under 40 mins and I was backing out the gate. Great job and I will be back for the next set with deals like that going on!!! They are fast courteous and carry great selections from low profile 30s and 40s to SUV tires. Plus they also do alignments. Dont get fooled by the small shop in the fence!! These guys are great!!! BTW they also do patches for the OH SHEETZ!! :-( Keep up the good work and excellent customer service Premier!! I ll BE BACK!!!”

“I’ve lived here with my dad since I was 3 1/2 years old and it’s actually a great environment. No, it’s not a rich people place by any means and it’s not the most attractive place, but it is an extremely safe neighborhood. I’ve been here 15 years and not once has anything been stolen, broken or vandalized by anyone. These other people leaving bad reviews are wrong about this place. Like I said, it’s not pretty by any means but there’s some great people in here and on my block we all take care of each other. Although, I do agree with the pothole comments. It’s ridiculous on some streets. Don’t drive any nice cars through here lol. You’ll regret it. Other than that, it’s really not bad. Looks can be deceiving but I promise it’s not bad. I grew up here. Everyone also keeps to themselves here. You’ll only be bothered if you’re doing the bothering. Cheers!”

“I had city sound hook up a new radio in my 2007 Escalade....Me & Marco's sat in his office discussed the process in detail & the price everything was explained about the items I wanted & needed....I was more than pleased with the outcome....I also noticed the owner himself worked well into the night to complete my truck even after I myself making it more difficult adding extra items having the owner tear the dash back apart he still gave me the discount......I recommend this place over & over I will be back myself with my other vehicles.....thank u”

I went inside to get oil for my truck and when I first got in the store I was not greeted properly and had to wait for an associate to help me when the store was empty but the phone lines were busy but as soon as Tyriek saw that I’ve been wait for some time he immediately stopped what he was doing and made sure I was taken care of. He had patience with me because I didn’t know exactly what kind of oil was needed for my truck and then educated me on how to add the oil into my truck. “If I could give them 10 STARS, I would! I have moved several times over the past few years and this is, by far, the BEST moving company I have ever experienced! They were prompt in their arrival, carefully wrapped doorways and banisters with blanket to prevent damage, they also carefully wrapped all of my furniture with blankets, and took excellent care of all of our things, including my 100+ year old piano. I ended up needing a little more space than I had in the moving truck I had rented so they kindly put the last three pieces of furniture in their pickup truck to move them. They even drove the moving truck across town for me, which was super helpful since they have a lot more experience with that than I do. They were super polite and helpful and extremely professional and efficient! I HIGHLY recommend Marc's Moving Services and will definitely use them for my next move!”
