“Being a first time patient, from first encounter with front desk staff everyone was totally professional greeting with smiles., made it the more comfortable for me. Myself working for 40 years in the medical field in a managerial position. I completely have a low tolerance for unprofessionalism. This was a very awesome experience that I would highly recommend. Although I have 1 suggestion that staff in back Medical assistant should introduce themselves once patient is called back, I actually had to ask her name and position. This makes a patient feel comfortable with them. Not everyone who has an initial appointment may or may not be or feel anxious. However when you come across good professional people it’s a resurgence of feeling calm…Dr. O. was the first pain management provider who was completely compassionate listened and offered me an alternative to hopefully relieve my unfortunate pain I’ve been suffering for past 6 years with a total knee replacement that failed then a revision of same knee, which left me limited to only 2to 3 hours after that knee would swell only leaving my choice to get off of it which had me confined to my bed for the rest of the day, had to be assisted with leg lifting I couldn’t lift on my own. “Dr. Scott was a breath of fresh air. Her demeanor and candor in explaining my back pain, the potential causes of it and how she plans to remedy was greatly appreciated. I am not a fan of overusing prescription medicines but she alleviated my concerns and recommended what would be best for me and my physical ailments that I was enduring for the past week. My pain was resolved and I felt content knowing that she devoted the time to explain to me how she would fix my pain and what the next steps were in the process of recovery. The legs of the frames had bent all up over the lenses. They looked unsalvageable, but the lovely woman who helped me today was able to fix them up like new. No charge! “I have been a patient of Dr. Persaud for a couple of years. Dealing primarily with minor allergies and sleep apnea due primarily to restricted sinuses. He carefully listened to my issues and after a series of tests he recommend a series of treatments I followed. After 2 sinus procedures and and the use of the recommended CPAP I am now able to sleep through every night uninterrupted. I have also seen several other of the doctors in the practice and am equally impressed with their services. I find their technicians competent and the office staff professional and communications are excellent. If you want a ENT that takes the time to listen to your issues, recommends workable treatments and follows up I recommend Dr. Persuad and his practice. My quality of life is now much better due to treatments applied. Finally, if you have sleep apnea/snoring do not be afraid of a CPAP. I found it easy to adjust to, especially since it gave me the ability to sleep through the night without “snatching” myself awake at night to breath.”
